Intro to Wheel Throw

This is one 2-hour class, designed to teach you to center the clay on the wheel and make a bowl. You will choose the glaze that you like and return 2 weeks later to pick up your glazed pottery. Class cost: $40.00

Date Night Wheel Throw

This is one 2-hour class, designed for 2 people. In this class you are taught to center the clay and will each make a mug with a handle. You will choose the glaze you like and return 2 weeks later to pick up your glazed pottery. Class cost: $65.00

Beginning Wheel Throw

This is two 2-hour classes, designed to teach you to center the clay on the wheel and make a coffee mug with a handle. Return 2 weeks later to glaze your pottery. Class cost: $60.00

8 Week Wheel Throw

In these 8 weeks, after a two hour class, you will learn to center, pull a cylinder, make a handle, bowls, plates, lidded container, learn slip trailing and carving, hand building, and glazing. Return 2 weeks later to glaze your pottery. Class cost: $225.00

Into to Hand Building

This is one 2-hour class designed to introduce you to the world of hand building. During the class you will make a mug with handle. You will have available a variety of stamps for decorating. Return 2 weeks later to glaze your pottery. Class cost: $45.00

6 Week Hand Building

During these 6 weeks, after a two hour class, you will learn to make a slab mug, build a slab lidded box, make a coil-built bowl, make a slumped tray, make an extruded casserole dish, 2 weeks later return to glaze your pottery. Class cost: $175.00

Studio Rental/Kiln Rental

We have all the tools you would need to create with Clay. Studio Rental is $7.50/hour. Clay purchase is $2.00/# of the clay you keep. Kiln rental is $6.00/cubic foot or $40.00/kiln full.

Mosaics

We have several forms to make mosaics with (or they can be painted with acrylic paints). Cost $00.25/square inch. Do you have a special plate that has gotten chipped; bring it in and we’ll make a mosaic from it.

Quilling

This fun art is created with rolled up paper. Classes cost $25.00 to teach the techniques. Custom Shadow Boxes $1.00/linear inch.

Fused Glass

In this class, you will learn how to score and cut glass. Always safety first. However, because there is a potential of getting cut with glass, Parents must sign a waiver for any student under the age of 18. Classes cost $35.00 for a 6″ piece.

DIY Fused Glass

After you have taken a Fused Glass Class and demonstrate safety knowledge, you are encouraged to participate in DIY Fused Glass. Fee Schedule follows: 6″ = $30.00 | 12″ = $90.00 | Slump = $15.00/kiln load | Chain Hang = $7.50ea
